On Wed, I shared that I was full on fed up with social media, friend (see it here). And I asked people to click to vote on how THEY'RE feeling.
The majority winner was "I feel stuck with social media, even though I hate depending on it."
So I'll absolutely be diving in on ways you can distance yourself from social media, using your MemberVault, with fun growth and connection strategies.
The first step though, is that you need a reliable way to connect with people. And my preference will ALWAYS be email, friend.
It's way more predictable than social media, and according to Campaign Monitor, "Email marketing produces an average of 174% more conversions than social media."
I definitely agree on email driving higher conversions based on my own experiences.
Here's an easy way to engage with your email list, today, friend.
Just copy what I did.
1️⃣ Send a short email.
2️⃣ Have some links to click to vote.
The links can be links to gifs from giphy.com (like I did), because anything more and I wouldn't have gotten the email sent. Or you can get fancier with invisible pages, etc. But imperfect action is better than NO action.
You can stop there, and just count it as a win that people are clicking. 🎉 That will not only train their individual inbox that your emails are important, but it'll also help your overall email deliverability.
OR, turn it into a potential client nurture opportunity.
The 3 questions could be:
👉 I already have X, and it's working
👉 I have X, but it's not working well
👉 I know I need X, but I don't have it yet
X is however you help people, so for example, if you're a sales funnel strategist, X could be "sales funnel" or something similar.
Then depending on how you support people, and the different offers you have, you reach out in bulk to people who clicked a certain answer (potentially gift them a nurture product in your MemberVault, or just send them some dialed in nurture emails), or personally (i.e. if you work 1:1).
