On Monday, I shared that I was gifting my new 12 Days to More Sales resource to help you increase sales of an existing product (or a new offer).
I wanted to get as many quiz answers in my intake form as possible, and so I bumped up clicks (and quiz responses) by adding a reward for taking action by a set time/day.
For everyone who answered the intake form quiz questions by Friday, Feb 21st at 11AM Pacific, they were entered to win $100. 💰
Gamifying things WORKS to get people to take action.
The direct link to the intake form lesson was by FAR the highest click rate of the email, and the answers have been gold. 😍
USE THIS "GET PEOPLE TO TAKE ACTION" STRATEGY FOR YOURSELF!
1️⃣ Send a gamified survey to your list (just one module/one lesson), with a mix of essay and multiple choice quiz questions in the lesson, with most/all of the questions required. No more than 8-10.
Tag people in actions (at the bottom of your MemberVault product edit screen) when they complete the lesson.
Everyone who answers by [deadline] gets entered to win [reward] or they all can get the reward. Up to you! Scroll down to the bottom of the email to get reward ideas.

2️⃣ Use this gamification strategy to boost action taking in your emails or social posts too. It's an excellent way to get the algorithms to actually show your stuff by getting more comments quickly. And it's a great way to increase your email deliverability by getting people to reply to your emails.
This is the formula: Do X [the action you want them to take] by Y [the deadline] and be entered to win Z [the reward].
The reward can be entered to win or everyone who does the action gets the reward:
👉 cash, like I did this time
👉 one of your products/services
👉 winning a special discount or bonus
If you want to get your people to take action -- whether it's social media followers, email subscribers, or people in a certain product...just remember, friend....
People love rewards, especially now when so many are looking for a fun distraction.
