Organize & Host Your Summits with MemberVault

If you had told me 2 years ago that I'd consider hosting summits to be one of my favorite methods of list growth....

I would have laughed in your face, friend. 

Not in a MEAN way, but in a total "you've got to be dreaming" way. 😅

Back then, I felt like summits were for other people who had more time on their hands. Not for me, I thought. 

But that has changed, friend. 

I ran two summits last year, and my third (all around growing your list without social media) will be happening next month -- March 11th thru 13th. 

It's not like I magically found more TIME either. 🤷‍♀️

I still have the same constraints, friend. 3 little kids. Minimal child care. An interest in living my life without calls on my calendar, and plenty of time freedom, so that I can enjoy those little kids and ya know...binging on fluffy distractions in my kindle. 

What changed? Why am I a fan of summits now??!

Welp, friend. 

I realized that I didn't have to organize or host summits the way other people do, and that was the real game-changer. 

I've tried different structures for each summit, because I love experiments. 

But HOW I've organized all three summits hasn't changed, friend. Because it works too well to change it up.

THE BASICS:

✅ The speakers all submit their audios asynchronously via MemberVault quiz questions (that means no zoom calls for me on my calendar!)

✅ I have automated emails that check in with the speakers to remind them what is missing (shoutout to MemberVault's action feature for this one!)

So once I lock in my speakers? I don't need to do a THING for the actual organizing. I just need to work on the actual summit product, and prepping my affiliates to share (including the speakers, obvi). 

If you're like I was 2 years ago, friend, and you're discounting summits as a list growth strategy because it's too much work?
