Jayna Pettersen [00:00:05]:

Hello, my name is Jayna Petterson, founder of Course Bistro Cafe. I am a MemberVault Certified Partner and enjoy helping my clients to fast track their progress, extract their expertise out of their heads, and get it into the world on MemberVault. So I'm going to share with you a little bit about how I created an all-access passport within my MemberVault. I recommend this strategy once you have more than one offer or service in your MemberVault. So maybe you have created several mini-courses, or maybe you want to package some coaching with some courses, or maybe a master class with some things. You can literally package anything together in this all-access pass. And I called mine a passport. And so I used this beautiful antique map and put pinpointed little destinations along the way.

Jayna Pettersen [00:01:09]:

What you need to do to create this is you need to create a separate product that is your all-access pass that becomes the payment portal through which people are going to pay. Even though there's not going to be content behind there, it's literally just going to be your graphic, your sales page. And then on the back end actions is where all the magic happens to unlock and create your thing. But before we get to the back-end setup, I want you to think about what you already have that you could bundle together into an all-access passport. What I recommend that you do is try to tally up the value of each unique thing and then show what it will be at a reduced price if they get it all bundled together. And then periodically, what I'll do, probably three or four times a year, is I will send it out to my list at a reduced rate for a set period of time. And so at the time of this recording, I've tallied it all up and it's over $900 worth of assets for $747. But I might send it out to my list for maybe a three-day weekend and reduce it down to $250 or something like that. So it kind of becomes a bit of a no-brainer, like get the stuff right now because it's on a super reduced sale, especially for people that I know are clicking around in my MemberVault.

Jayna Pettersen [00:02:45]:

So a couple of things there. I recommend that you combine some of your static products, like your courses, your more passive things that people can go through self-paced with maybe some time with you because that sets the bar a little higher. It's like not only do you get my stuff all bundled together, but you also get an hour with me. And so that just kind of ups the game a little bit with the all-access passport. And you can combine something that you typically might give as a service like I offer a done-in-a-day member vault setup service. I might give them instead of a full day or a half day, I might give them an hour to ask any questions that they want as bundled in with that all-access passport. So it's great to really mix and match the things that you offer between products, services, coaching, whatever it is. And now I want to just talk a little bit about the back-end setup.

Jayna Pettersen [00:03:46]:

So once you've created that separate product, that's going to be your all-access pass with a description. In that description, I will also include pictures of all the product graphics that I use in MemberVault for each of the items I'm bundling together with the suggested price for those at the price I typically sell them at. But I also include a link to that product sales page so they can check it out and see all the things listed in one single view on the sales page for my all-access passport. Then on the back end in MemberVault, I go into actions and I find that all access passport products. I go into my actions and what I do is I set a trigger. First I have to find the all-access passport and then what I do is I set a trigger when they're added to the all-access passport. To do this, I add a user to a product and then I identify every single product that's going to be bundled together. So when they're added to the all-access passport as the trigger, they are added to product one.

Jayna Pettersen [00:05:03]:

Another result is added to product number two, added to product number three like that. And then if you're including a scheduler, it's a little tricky there. But what I do is just reach out to people individually who have purchased and give them the link to the scheduler. If I'm including an hour-long q and a session with them, or a power hour type of thing. So it's just a great way to include everything. You may want to do some setting up on your email system so they don't get your intro email to every single product. Looking back, I wish I had adjusted that a little bit. I probably overwhelmed them a little bit by getting access to six products plus some coaching with me.

Jayna Pettersen [00:05:46]:

And then another thing that you could do is if you have all of your products in MemberVault set up to add a tag if they're a hot lead. So the trigger is when they become a hot lead after a certain number of views, you can add a tag. Interested in whatever it is, whatever your course is, or a workshop or whatever it is you could set up in your email provider. I use ActiveCampaign. I could go in there and say, when someone has this tag interested in product one, interested in product two, and interested in product three, I could auto trigger them. An email promoting my all-access pass, or in my case, my all-access passport, because I know they're already interested in multiple things. So I might take my most popular items and do something like that so that I'm being very strategic in using that hot lead trigger to promote the bundle of products that I know they're most interested in already. So I hope that gives you some ideas of what you can do with the All-access passport.
